The Spanish economy is experiencing strong growth, with positive performances seen in both the real estate and social economy sectors. The real estate market is projected to hit near €10 billion investment value by the end of 2024, exceeding initial estimates of €8 billion according to global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. Meanwhile, the Confederation of Spanish Businesses of the Social Economy (CEPES) reports the creation of 406,223 jobs and a combined turnover of €72.355 billion in the 2023-2024 period. Reflecting this positive performance, the General Council of Economists has revised its GDP forecast, predicting a growth of 3% in 2024, even amidst severe weather impacts. Public debt, however, is expected to rise to 105.1% by end of 2024, surpassing the government’s 102.5% commitment.

The Brent reaches mid-day with an increase of 0.17 %, to reach the 72.66 dollars per barrel. The gold until mid-day has had a decrease of (-0.14 %), diminishing its price to 2666.0 dollars per ounce. Now, regarding equity, the EURO STOXX 50 has lost (-0.32 %) until mid-day, going back to 4873.37 points. The DAX 30, with a (-0.06 %) loss until mid-day, is going back to 19974.31 points, the FTSE 100 has been going up 0.18 % until mid-day, reaching 8373.17 points, and the EURONEXT 100 has been losing (-0.32 %) until mid-day, going back to 1447.45 points.
